There are several documents that we can format generally with space for specific case data to be entered later. Having these templates handy, both digitally and hard-copies on hand, will streamline your daily chores and keep you on the road making your money!
Keep in mind, too, that some courts do prefer their own formats and forms for certain case types. You can find many forms at the court clerks' websites.
The documents attached here are only examples, and may need tweaking to make them work for your company. I use them for PapersServed, and just adjust them to fit each case. Remember, courts do NOT accept any documents with correction fluid, but will accept neat cross-outs that are initialled by the author of the form. And, as long as the necessary or required data is on the form, the format is not generally regulated.
